Objectives
Certificate for IT Practitioners
To achieve the OCR Level 1 Certificate for IT Practitioners the candidate must achieve a total of three units: mandatory Unit 1 and two optional units from the remaining units.
Diploma for IT Practitioners
To achieve the OCR Level 1 Diploma for IT Practitioners, candidates must achieve five units: mandatory Unit 1 and four optional units from the remaining units.
Course Content
The time it will take a candidate to complete one of these units will depend on a number of things, for instance, mode of study (i.e. whether full-time or part-time) and level of knowledge or experience on entry onto the programme of study. As a general guide the units in this qualification are likely to require the following numbers of guided learning hours (GLH).
